Your entire corporate group is taken on an amazing learning session into the world of Eco-Challenge. This is a smart experience, rather than a grueling experience. The group is divided into teams of four, taught how to direction-find with a compass and then race other teams through a course lasting about an hour.
The power of this program is that once they have seen the speech about the world-famous, grueling,Eco-Challenge that involves racing non-stop for nine days through the rain forests and oceans of Borneo, the participants redefine what is possible in their lives. This is a “lite” version of the popular shows “Survivor” and “Amazing Race.” The rules insure a safe, enjoyable outdoor experience. This is a great experience that reminds the organization’s participants that they will be navigating toward their own goals. Concepts including “Course Correct”, “Momentum Matters”, “Encourage Everyone” and “Directional Decisions” are strongly learned in this challenge.
